There, he was also the head of the climate change and climate variability research cluster and acting coordinator of observation networks. Dr Sylla completed a postdoc at the International Centre for Theoretical Physics, Trieste, Italy and he was a research scholar and lecturer at Loyola Marymount University, Los Angeles, USA.
